    It wasn't a typo it is clearly stated on the last page of the announcement in the cleansing notice as 5 cents.
    They raised a $100k, that's 10 weeks of salary for the executive chairman and it's called working capital!!
    Whoever it was that took the placement must be living in cave well away from civilisation or alternatively a little short in the comprehension department IMHO.
