    The key here is, IF the difference in the EGM votes are 150m, then yes the issuance of the shares had an impact. If the difference is greater, even if I correct, it would not have an impact on the outcome of the EGM result. One Friday, I already commenced discussions with my lawyer about going to the federal court to issue an injunction.
