    I clearly have an issue with timing of the this capital. Issuing 150m shares just in time to make them eligible to vote at the upcoming EGM is a great way to protect the BOD.

    Yes, if they offered the same placement terms to myself despite my disagreement with the BOD, I would have participated. With the EGM notice, this was never going to happen.
