    Hi Yoda,

    Based on conversations with shareholders large and small, if everyone kept their word, this had us at about 50m shares more than we need, I thought we would (just) have sufficient numbers of votes to see a chance for change. Unfortunately, with the recent share issue by the company, success with the EGM now seems unlikely. Here's hoping my letter to shareholders rallied people to vote.
