Just out of curiosity Fred, have you done much research on how this company was run previously?
Yeah we know theres a new bloke in charge and its best to look forward, but the previous management are still working there.
There are some posts a while back in regards to a court case from a previous Geo (I think) who used to work there. The facts of that case made for some incredibly interesting reading.
