Emailed Roger and Kim on Thursday asking a bunch of questions about progress with Atkins and what their intent is with regard to getting resisted. Said I considering making a complaint to accc previously but held off. I asked them to respond directly or issue an announcement and I got "I will call you later". I waited all of Friday and received no call. Not good enough to be honest. I've sank 33000 into this worthless company and they don't have the courtesy to respond when they say they will. Hopefully they don't operate like that when talking to prospective clients or contractors.

This came out the same day as I was waiting for a response - possibly its related but i doubt it.

We voted in AGM to give them rights to issues shares. Hopefully this will be put to good use rather than paying their salaries.


Perhaps ACCC need to be involved now if they aren't already.
