Arena have converted $700K (17%) in four batches between 17tth May and 8th June. They have received 35.8m shares over these conversions at an average conversion price of 1.95c
We have also issued 2.25m shares for professional services relating to the CN from what I can tell, since they are not always clear on what professional services relate to in the 3B's.
Adding in the rights issue of 130m (including professional services) and an issue of 25m for employee incentive plan, total shares issued this year is 169m bringing total shares to 940m currently.
