@Geobrand2 Hopefully the Mac Equity Partners influence has been eroded since the 2 directors where shown the door. I am still concerned that the new MD will be to the hirer's advantage and not the companys. I was always of the thought that Pocock's offer to remain in a consultative capacity was to try to safeguard his options. If as some say he retired for personal reasons , you'd have thought this would've been sorted then. If our new MD has a 'commercial standing' I would feel comfortable and the SP will be boosted
otherwise it is a non event and just an addition to the payroll.
