Your analysis sounds pretty amateurish to me. It is not that difficult to create multiple accounts, and inter-transfer. Who can stop you transfer the holding in your personal account to your superannuation account; or to an account you just created yesterday solely for the purpose you don’t need to disclose your major holder status? (After all, Magna is not a Director of the Board of Axiom.) Westminster system, and most systems in the world for that matter, has been designed and set up by the rich and the powerful, they have designed a system to protect their own interests, in the name of privacy (you may just say at times for the purpose of tax evasion and money laundering). You may not like it, but that’s how the system works.
