maybe you should read things more carefully.
i am not talking about the MMB meeting that is scheduled for this week. I am talking about the High Court action that Axiom started against Sumitomo for alleged contempt of court. A decision regarding Axioms interlocutory applications for an extensive list of documents from Google, Solomon Telekom and Sumitomo that has been going since March last year was handed down. perhaps they should let us know how it went and if it has resulted in any more substantial costs that need to be covered with yet more fundraising and shareholder dilution.
