This 3B announcement has nothing to do with a price crashing below the $ 0.45 exercise price or with management filling their associates' boots. The shares being issued are from the exercise of LISTED options. To me they represent confidence in TLG as the money generated by the exercise of those options continues to swell TLG's strong bank balance not light hands that would then dump the resulting shares in the market. Why would you exercise those options and then sell the shares below $ 0.45? That would be a ridiculous trade. Please let us keep some perspective here.
