They got the money months and months ago when they issued the convertible notes. They got the cash then in exchange for the notes. These 3b’s Ar the lender exchanging the notes for ordinary shares. They will then more than likely sell the shares down to collect their cash back.
No cash for AVQ.
They will need to raise some more cash shortly One would think. That $1 million they raised in June must nearly be gone.
