No worries RDL. I’m a frequentish buyer of CLAOA’s. A bit sluggish in converting though, which I know isn’t helping my cap gains tax reduction prospects... but don’t want to be bothering Melanie too often with paperwork? I’m not really in it for “quick flip arbitrage” as such, just buy them cause they’re frequently cheaper than heads. If CLA gets bought out etc in under 12 months I’d maybe Be better off with heads, but otherwise happy with converting and adding to the company coffers. Either way, all options in the money will be getting converted, and I highly doubt any current option holder will convert then dash for the door, just doesn’t make sense.
