NBZ - honestly are you newbie to markets - dilution well flagged, and no there isn't a tax event.
JLO - take your point around R+D but to be fair it was itemised in the 4c so you just needed to back it out as you have.
Pylee- Another newbie off the mark, opex is actually consistent around 6m and they can now scale aggressively with very little increase. You have been misled by the GM where is there short term pressure as they need to outsource processing. This will rectify over coming quarters.
