in all fairness, some me here pulled apart the June announcement to highlight uncertainty in the wording. And arguably so. However, today the expression 'full approval' has been used. I suggest that it is perhaps disingenuous and misleading to state that the same news has been announced again, particularly in light of the crticism and critique offered by some here in June. you can't have it both ways. You can only fire a bullet once. Anything more should be called out for what it is and that is incessant behaviour.
