I would assume 14.8m shares issued is the upfront "interest" to the investor, being issued for nil consideration. But kind of contradicts the mention of collateral in the footnote. So is it really a collateral?
Can't find the details for the 6m shares in the other document. Could have missed it, but I assume that's the arrangement fee but not sure who is the beneficiary.
Any experts help to confirm please. Thank you.
