7 million more shares issued from conv notes at approx 1cent . Will keep constant downward pressure on price as they churn through em.
Not sure ordinary shareholders realise the way convertible notes work and how they can become a death spiral when a company isn't performing as they mostly get sold into market pushing price own as party locks in profit margin .
