I’ve often thought the same thing. Maybe there are a number of reasons. Maybe life gets in the way. People have bills to pay. Food to put on the table. Utility bills to pay etc. Also, you must admit that this CE mark has taken a long long time. Some investors give up and sell. Also, we have had a difficult month just past. Lots of investors would have been caught esp with margin loans and OSL does not count as a lending stock. There maybe other reasons but this what I think.
