    Trading supports a one/two very large option holders (CMC) who either don't have the cash or do not want to exercise.

    I guess they planned to exit into the PFS but buying never really showed up and the options still need to be sold.

    Buyers (BTIG) with the cash to convert and heads to swap saw it and are exploiting it.

    CMC are net -26m from the PFS. That makes it a likely exit from the the top few AVLO holders. I suspect only bits and pieces of AVLO selling left
