I'm sure I was sent a paper copy.... I actually went looking for mine last night, as I've got to action them, too. Couldn't find it, so went to the AVL website and there it was in soft copy. So a no-brainer to share.
As an aside, I have emailed them, asking when the drop dead date for delivering cheques to their office for conversion is, given many places close down for a couple of weeks at the end of the year. When I get a response, I'll post here to share.
