Interesting that they can still issues 691,295,988 shares under the 7.1 & 7.1 A listing capacity rules. More than enough to satisfy the 669,000,000 required or moreover left on the table for SKI......... I guess this proves at least the intention was there to set up this move. Whether it occurs or at least part thereof will be interesting indeed.
