The notice reads:

"Issued as a result of vesting of employee performance rights under Directors employment contract. "

I think it is a disgrace that they were issued by himself one day before the meeting which seems to indicate that he had prior knowledge of the voting outcome through Computershare, but then he is on the way out and things will change for the better.

I wonder if there were any criteria to be met for issuance? FIGJAM?
