I take it from the excise price someone is converting some of those 63c options issued in 2015 into fully paid shares no doubt to cash in on selling some while its on a share price high.
If you add up shares on issue 733,397,297 and the 10,607,818 shares not listed on the ASX share register we will have 744,005,115 shares on the books. Lets hope they will stick to their word and not issue any more new shares to make up their salary packages as its getting up their once all those performance, time based and options are converted into fully paid shares on the A2m share register.
I have a question for our NZ posters. You guys are exempt from CGT on your shares as long as you are not classed as a trader. What if a Australian citizen became a NZ citizen. Would their A2M shares purchased years ago on the ASX classify for the CGT exemption or because they were purchased on the ASX while they were a Australian citizen be taxed under the Australian CGT tax system ?
