    Shareholders had the chance to move towards a board spill but we didn’t get the votes to vote down the remuneration resolution, which would have been the first step to spill the board.

    Some shareholders were either too lazy, didn’t want to “rock the boat”, didn’t see a problem or didn’t know how to submit their votes

    so here we are... we just have to go with the flow that management take us now imo.
