    No, he said a number of their whales are government which  can take until then end of CY2019 to finalise. He didn't specify Oman. For me this is criminal. He bangs on about Whales which could break Buddy even immediately then months later says some can take a year. Absolute lie. I want to see written evidence of correspondence with these whale via ASX enquiry. DAVE IS A LIAR UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE
