    Yes I have experience in the government procurement process. I also have experience with Buddy failing to disclose vital information. Like the $69M fake revenue, it took an ASX enquiry to find out essential details. When Dave announced whales could drop at any time, he never said it could be 18 months. That came a lot later when he was defending the lack of any whales signing. DAVE IS A LIAR UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE.
