    That's one side of the story.

    What if the sales team is no good and Buddy is persistent with them staying, then nothing changes.

    I would say they're doing something but the wrong people in the wrong positions and it stays like that, then nothing changes.

    DM should stay most of the board members are good.

    I would change a few sales team leaders, all IMO.
