I like this.  The conditions are:

(pursuant to page 8 of 2018 annual report) "...was reviewed and restructured to performance rights based on total shareholder return against peer group."

(pursuant to page 21 and 22 of the 2018 annual report) "If the Total Shareholder Return (TSR) for FY19 (same for FY20) is below 25th percentile, none will vest.  If between 25th and and 49th percentile, 25% will vest. If between 50th and 74th percentile, 50% will vest. If above 75% percentile, 100% will vest.

The start date for the CEO's shares is 28 February 2019 which means $0.14.  They are incentivised now for CAF's share price to outperform FID, IFL, AMP etc (which are all soaring).
