It's only at a premium to current SP because games are being played to keep it below 6c - and not for our benefit. And yes, the company gets an extra $8M - we still get share dilution. If we do get a take over offer or funding injection - it will be worth over 10% LESS to shareholders because of the dilution.
I'm not saying the injection of funds is a bad thing, but if games hadn't been played they still would have gotten that injection but from retail investors, who also would have profited from the options.
