Pete isnt really in a position of power to leverage off when it's not hard to join the dots and say cash is tight. There is history here in 2015 when they raised cash @ 2.5c (+ 5c options), then only 5 months later, raised @ 1.25c (+2.5c options) to the UK guys. That was a red flag for mine at the time.
Just dont be disappointed if they get backed into a corner and are forced to accept a low ball proposal.
