Hope you receive a reply with a clarification. IMO with EZCorp as a major shareholder, it will be very difficult for other parties to make a takeover bid.
20-30% premier at the current price for them means nothing given what they invested. As we all know, market doesn't like uncertainty, that is exactly now where we are. The closer the CA judgement, the more volatile the share price.
