Good the Rotogro Inc shares & performance shares have been issued. I assume that means the deal is done & we now own all rights and own Rotogro Tech (who manufacture the machines). We can also now guarantee exclusivity to Freshero so we might see some advancement in that deal soon.
Don't know why the Performance shares was only 9.186m instead of the 10m we voted on.
