"Following strong interest from institutional and sophisticated investors, the Directors havealso resolved to issue a portion of the oversubscriptions, totalling commitments ofapproximately $3,004,166 (being 30,041,660 Shares) as a placement under the Company’sListing Rule 7.1 capacity (on equal terms as the Entitlement Offer). The additional fundsraised will be allocated to the Company’s working capital, to be utilised in accordancewith the Company’s existing project development strategy."
