scuttlebutt says the deal is all done and pending approval by ASX or ASIC.
Means it is not straight forward as Aahana arranging finance and putting their money in for share of profits over and above their percentage holding in CKA.
Certainly sounds like Aahana will get a bigger share of Cokal by some quirk in regulations and will most likely get more of the proceeds via some financing deal.
