Well as you are aware, I am getting credible info from multiple sources. All of which has proved over optimistic on announcement. I thought it was all to be wrapped up 2 weeks ago and I think you did also. So all still happening just the timing.
If my info is any where correct, it is with ASIC and or ASX.
So the Chins and associates continue to soak up trifling amounts of shares with inscrutable Chinese patience. One thinks that they do want to pick up as many as possible but driven by cultural attitudes to just squeeze every drop out of the price. I am starting to think we will see a little more aggression Monday and Tuesday followed by documents on Wednesday. Just my estimate. No action Monday equals no announcement Wednesday.
I have heard the word Prospectus mentioned. Hmmmmm? I suppose that is about rights issue?
