As with all stocks without revenue, they require news flow for any interest to be generated. No news = share prices falls as people lose interest and short term traders exit to the next thing. CKA is still being relatively tightly held and it's only the smaller impatient holders who are dropping their shares as the price creeps slowly lower. Hence adding to the downward pressure. This is being accumulated, you can bet on that for sure, and these guys have their eyes on the prize.
