They have burnt plenty of cash.
I think the CEO stated that employees have to sell because if they wait and the SP goes lower they have to sell more. I think we should assume that they will continue to sell and put downward pressure on the SP.
In my opinion it is time for the board to step in and stop the issue of shares if employees are under performing.
