You guys don’t understand the difference between “performance shares” and “performance rights”. The 3B announcement clearly says “performance rights”. Go google the definitions.
Would you rather the company pay employees in cash or stock? With the low cash balance, isn’t paying employees in stock better?
I don’t get why some of you are so opposed to paying employees in stock. It’s not a new concept.
