    @DreadPirateRoberts 100% agree with you that paying staff in options instead of cash would be better, with BUDs 1/4 burn, they are clearly paying everyone full salary. Which would be the right thing to do as people have to pay the bills, mortgage, etc. It is not the staffs business.
