    Please see the remuneration reports for the last 5 financial years. ACR has about 6-7 senior employees. Everyone got bonuses every single year, when ACR was making huge losses.
    The CEO got annual bonuses of $150,000 to $200,000 each year while the rest got smaller amounts. The CEO said the bonuses were for meeting their internal KPIs.
    The 19,000 new shares is peanuts compare to the bonuses.
