previous bonuses based on the astute agreement that the previous CEO Dr RT - bonuses paid to those that came after him on his work - would've have thought with the loss of Eli that the bonuses would have been scrapped until some commercialisation of products made - R&D was IMO left "outside" whilst the Eli agreement brought in the "riches" - and only ramped up when Eli left the building - so how bonuses are paid - well it has always left me questioning them and it is relentless - it won't stop.
IMO no officeholder will question this - otherwise it could be at the expense of being put on the outer (and there goes ones decent salary)!
the major SH's need to put their hands up to get this really looked at IMO - and an independent review at that!.
