At the agm two years ago, there was a first strike against the remuneration report and the idiot ceo promised to work extra hard to get some good results.
At the last agm, there was no second strike. Instead, one person even praised management, telling them to keep up with the good work - the agm was just a few weeks after acr submitted jublia to the US FDA for approval.
Since then, no progress. I don't know what the idiot chairman is doing. No words, no directions from him for many years. I think he just sits in the chairman role and collects his director fees.
