The management have promised certain milestones in the annual report. In theory these should be aligned with internal koi’s.

if they fail to meet their commitments to holders but still meet internal koi’s and pay bonuses then this will be in my view unconscionable behaviour. That’s when you approach the institutions and try to get support for another strike.

Apart from that (and probably no matter what) there is no hope of change as they will use the old “we need to attract the best staff by offering the highest remuneration”. Of course sometimes you just get old hacks hanging around forever getting overpaid for poor performance. I have my own view on which of those they are.
