I must say I didn't realise how many options TNY had outstanding. There is over 4mil in that total.... around 13% of the current mkt cap.... and a lot of them are already in the money.... so a double edged sword.... option holders can convert early which dilutes our shareholding.... but at the same time it increases the bank balance for the company helping any cashflow issues.
It does say to me that there is no need for the company to do a cap raise, as they just need a bunch of option holders to stump up a bit of cash (assuming the share price stays around the $1mark) to convert them into longs.... and most of them are probably TNY management employees anyway so they would be well aware of the cash situation...
