hey tcp, off topic to thread, so rather then start a new thread will use this one.

Having a cold, hard look at the future of Admedus and more importantly the future of our hard earned dollars, just my thoughts and reflections, imo.

It is a absolute cluster huck, all the more so because RIs were assured numerous times that all was well and all on the up and up, this from WP who over promised (and well and truly spoke his credentials up) and under delivered .... so much so the company is on the ropes and fighting for survival.
Beggars belief that despite the experience of the BoD that so many issues were ‘misjudged’, issues like SB throwing a spanner in the works would be one exception.

Late Euro approval a culprit for failed forecasts?, you would think that ‘nothing’ should be counted on TILL it happens, try telling your bank manager you were ‘expecting’ funds to come in, sorry for the overdraft Sir!

Almost a given, on reflection, that there will be a massive share dilution/placement in store for this company, SIO did say (?) it would back Admedus.
As you said, I believe, why would you give Admedus 20 mill plus in funds for a ‘deal’ when you can ‘literally’ buy a fair chunk of the company for that amount?, happy to be corrected there, more than happy.

Pluses are next to no debt, IP that is recognised, arguably, and bringing in 11 mill which should compound, TAVR IP that is still ‘live’, anything else?
That somehow the the sp ‘managed’ to end up at 6 cents rather than sub 4 cents before suspension.

Minuses; almost broke, intentions of SB?, potential big spanner in the works, and the scenario for a pure opportunistic play to win this company for a ‘pittance’ (SIO).

On that happening, once done and dusted, SIO should get this company finally moving and making some serious money, so medium to long term ‘some’ relief for RIs and thus becoming a positive (?), the extent of ?

Side note; ‘unknowns’ blamed for the demise of Admedus, whenever questions/concerns were raised in the past this was seen as down ramping and the poster accordingly attacked as running the company down, gotta question whether the ‘unknowns’ were actually the opposite in some cases and kept ‘mum’ to protect RIs??
