Answer to my question (on reflection) on why would a third party give Admedus funds of 20 mill plus for a deal rather than a big chunk of the company only; ..... for exclusivity rights to that particular IP, it is quite ironic with that thought as a ‘deal’ could potentially equate to 2/3 rds of the current market value of this company!
Deal has has to happen first though, so that (?) with funds from placement (?) a win/win for guarantee of adequate funds for one year plus.
No deal in the immediate future will certainly delay any gratification for RIs, imo.
