Well now we all know why WP had no skin in the game ... he was waiting for the bigger payday at the lowest poss price incentives he could get... no talk of reducing salary, complete bugger up for share holders and a very ready task to bring this co from near collapse to above 6c on the back of a Tvar deal...
there is no business 101 realistic views here ...sure short term options at 10c to get us out of this hole...
mid term options 2 yrs at 30c to get us back to crap SSP and 5 and 10 yr share price milestones ...
or cld be based on achievements e.g. 3d patch, cost cutting, Tvar deal, China/Aus approvals etc or mixture of both ...
everything in its current form is a joke, I'd love to go to the GM and let rip with well spoken business acumen speak to sink this board to do the right thing
