It was actually 12M not 4M.
They obviously need to hit the performance targets before they can convert the shares to fully paid ordinary shares (or whatever the terminology is).
The won't be able to cash in the first 4M until the NTA/SP average is 41 cents... a great incentive for them to get the SP heading up!
