I mis-read the conditions of these performance rights they have until 17th June 2024 to get the share price over 12.5c for 20 consecutive days. The 18 months was a minimum they needed to stay a director/stay with the company before the performance rights could vest (if they reached the 12.5c share price hurdle early they would still have needed to wait to the 18-month mark).
Think they will be fine
