You’ll see today we released a 3B announcing the issue of a further 5 million ordinary shares, as former director Mr Brian Leedman exercised the last allocation of share options he held, at the exercise price of 8 cents per share. Mr Leedman served as Non-Executive Director of Alcidion from 28 July 2016 to 31 July 2017 after the ASX-listing of Alcidion via the reverse takeover of Naracoota resources. These share options were granted to Mr Leedman on 29 November 2016. The issue of these new shares increases the total number of shares outstanding to 815,671,138. Mr Leedman has no further share options outstanding, and Alcidion advises that there are no further share options held by any other party. A cleansing statement will be released within 5 days, in line with ASX requirements.
